Right click > property > advence > file attributes (under) box 2 remove
Turkish ; Localhost'ta vqmod kurmak Windows 7 32 ve 64 bit
admin/index.php ve index.php ye sağ tuş özellikler > gelişmiş... > dosya öznitelikleri altındaki ikinci kutucuktaki işareti KALDIRINIZ !
